FAQ

We work as hard as possible to get your garments to you as soon as possible.  The process to create a full dye garment takes time as each garment is made to order with your custom details (Names, Numbers etc…) and cut to your size and sewn together.  We also want to be sure appropriate time is given to our quality control processes to ensure you are getting exactly what you ordered.  We are working closely with our production to cut these times down all the time.  We are always upgrading and customizing processes, code and systems to automate as much as possible so you can have a completed garment in your hand as fast as possible with the highest quality possible.

There are no minimums required by a team, organization, club or individual.

Sales are final no refunds. All items are made to order and have been customized with a logo, name or number and are not eligible for a return or refund. This includes any of our custom items.  Please ensure you review your order summary thoroughly when you submit your order.  We allow a size, name or number change up to 24hrs after you placed your order.  After 24 hours, your order has already been printed and no changes can be made.

ABOUT SUBLIMATION

Sublimation is a method of printing that transfers ink on to material through heat and light pressure, permanently dying the design into the fabric. Design possibilities are endless and can feature any color, gradient, font or effect, all without compromising the weight or performance of the fabric.

HOW IT WORKS

The sublimation process turns solid ink from specialty paper into gas and into the fibres of the garment using heat (as opposed to screen printing where ink is applied on top of the fabric). Once a design has been sublimated, it becomes part of the material. The artwork will stretch with the fabric, it will allow sweat to wick through the design, and it will not crack or fade over time or with repeated washing.

COLOR MATCHING DISCLAIMER

Sublimation printing involves printing from a solid to a gas onto a finished product.  During the process, we strive to achieve colors desired, but some variations of certain colors can and will be altered. We have a large swatch of current print colors available and can try our best to match any item if you are able to get us the item in person to compare. Some inconsistencies may occur from print to print including: small color discrepancies, dust spots, and “ghosting” or color shadowing.  These are part of the sublimation process and cannot be prevented.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE COLOR MATCHING.

COLOR VIEWING DISCLAIMER

Due to many contributing factors, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on the website/phone or other viewing devices will exactly match the color of the product.  There are many variables which can change the way you “see” the colors as you view on your device.  Screens are capable of displaying up to 32 million colors and the human eye can only decipher a very small fraction of those colors.  Within that small fraction, we all see them differently.  In addition, people’s device manufacture and or settings may influence how colors are displayed depending on brightness and contrast.
